Bought a Black 2019 Porsche Macan from Champion Porsche of Pompano. I brought the car in consistently during these 6 years for service,tires,tune-ups.etc,(even after the lease expired...bought the car) Two months ago the A/C does not cool. The service charge just to diagnose the problem was $1600 . Yes I know. Its a Porsche for goodness sakes. lol (perhaps compressor is bad, leaking lines, etc.) I knew better. Found a mechanic. If you are a female and looking for a trust worthy salesman, look for Michael Aaron at this dealership. He is honest, helpful, knows about the vehicles and treats you respectfully! He will also go above and beyond. I will get my next Porsche from him and I’ve heard nothing but good things about this dealership he is currently at.
I recently had a problem with the paint quality on a new Porsche that I had purchased. Although I had purchased the vehicle at a different location, Porsche Charlotte Northlake is much closer for my service needs. When I arrived, I was met by Olga in the service department who was fantastic to work with. My 2014 Cayenne needed a new battery to replace the defective one installed by the Porsche dealership in Warwick. My Premium AAA membership provided me with a flatbed haul from Norwich to Wallingford; Dylan in service promptly arranged for a diagnosis and worked my vehicle in for a replacement battery within 48 hours. The facility is great. The cars are awesome, I have owned 6 other Porsches and I currently also have a Cayenne. There is nothing like Porsche engineering and driving experience. I purchased a CPO Boxster and traded a classic 1991 Porsche 944S2 Cabriolet. I received a trade in that I thought was bit low but I had purchased my Cayenne from them and was satisfied with that transaction so I trusted their offer. We did business over a phone, email and text and it was seamless, honest and professional. I highly highly recommend doing business with Nicholas.
Plenty of reasons to write a review for this dealership that are not good. Title and registration process is very bad Delivery of the vehicle is horrific The GM D Morrison isn't on top of it as he says he will be. I would avoid all of the Autobahn dealerships....... not much followup.
