If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the worst dealership of any make of vehicle I have ever had. They do not want to help OR fix your vehicle. God forbid you need a loaner car when your crappy Porsche needs something covered under warranty - when their sorry mechanics can’t fix your issue…you still better get that loaner back!l buy the meat morning! Again the worst service I have ever experienced. Took months to get a service appt, no loaner, car came back filty, and they did not do what I needed them to do. This dealership is a total disgrace. It is filthy as well. I had to go to the Huntington dealership which is absolutely the opposite. The service was impeccable, they had a loaner, they actually fixed what I asked, and the place was beyond luxurious compared to Southampton. The Southampton dealership is literally a dump. Another terrible experience. Brand new car towed to southampton dealership. They are not able to provide EV service for few weeks. No loaner at any point. No any follow up calls. As per Dermot at service “ There is nothing we can do for you here for a few weeks”. I had to arrange tow tow to a different dealership. Total disgrace to a brand of Porsche. Stay away at all cost!
