As a brand, PORSCHE is synonymous with quality and customer satisfaction and so are the pros at Porsche SA. I bought a 911 and a Cayenne from Porsche SA. There's an all-star team running that outfit; Joseph D., Jerry and Gregory the tech. Really first rate service. One of the best in the state. Best, -JB.
I recently visited the Porsche dealership in San Antonio and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Unfortunately, if you did not purchase your vehicle directly from this location, the staff makes it very clear that you’re not a priority. I would avoid this place at all costs and listen to previous reviews. Purchased my vehicle at Porsche Austin which was a top notch experience. I brought the vehicle in for service in San Antonio because we are local here. My wife was treated with complete disrespect and was given attitude for returning the loaner vehicle too late (despite us being told the vehicle could be returned at any point today).
