James was great!!! He got me in and out of there quickly which was much appreciated!!!
Well-organized, professional, quick, responsive - all good.
Service personnel are great. But when I drove my car the next day the cameras were not working again. Had 6-7 hours of up dates but did not fix the problem.
On my way to another city and I hit a pothole on the freeway what busted my tire. They were professional, friendly and welcoming. After my tow to the dealership they did an inspection and replaced the tire in about 1 1/2 hours. Porsche makes the car repair process transparent and as pleasant as possible. Thanks Porsche!
