My car is a first year production of hybrid. It came in with a complex problem. Staff took a bit of time to get to the end of it, but they were always available, provided updates and helped me get the car back to my remote location. All in all, a favorable experience. You can trust them.
Great service. They typically forget to send reminders for your appointments but service is great.
