THE PARTS DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE. KEVIN, NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED IN ANSWERING EMAIL AND GETTING ESTIMATE AND AVAILABILITY ON PARTS WHEN REQUESTED. I HAD TO ORDER ALL MY PARTS FROM DENVER.
Great experience at Porsche Albuquerque! Eric Diaz was awesome from beginning to end—super easy to work with, always kept me updated, and made the delivery process smooth. Max the Porsche Pro was also really helpful going over the car and features. Cassandra in finance made everything quick and painless. Overall, just a great team that made the whole process enjoyable.
Walked in expecting to get acknowledged and asked what services I needed as I'm interested in trading in my car for a Macan or Cayenne and instead I got stared at from a guy and then walked past me like he never even saw me. Took myself outside to go look at cars myself and within those 20 minutes not one person walked out to ask us anything nor even acknowledged my existence. Don't expect to be serviced if you don't look like their standard Porsche customer.
