Special shout-out to Scott the valet who also washes and details the cars apparently and the receptionist. I called to see if I could get a quick car wash since I was in the area and the receptionist was so friendly and said “of course, please drop in and I will set it up”, Scott who is the valet there took my car to what I thought was just a quick drive through car wash but when he returned, to my surprise it looked like my car was hand washed and detailed inside and out! I brought in my 2020 911 for some basic warranty work. It was recommended that I also have 7 different optional services costing over $6,000. I had 5 of them done. The invoice included charges for covered warranty work. The service manager was unavailable to review those services despite confirming my pickup time. The vehicle was returned dirtier both inside and out than when I delivered it. Dissappointing experience for a first-time visit to this dealership.
Jenson is a pleasure to work with, he kept me updated the whole time very pro-active. He supplied me with a loaner that I asked for at the last minute which was a huge help. Thank you for all your help
