Porsche North Scottsdale provides excellent customer service each and every time one visits! Michael is a fantastic Service Advisor. Always on top of issues and knows his business. My vehicle is always in top condition when i pick it up! Porsche North Scottsdale is fortunate to have Michael in its employ!!
Service advisor and work done were great, but when I dropped off the car, I waited in line for a loaner for almost 30 minutes. Line of 6 people, one worker who could process cars out. Very disappointing, not sure service advisors could help but there were numerous ones at their station and computers.
