Maria needs to not work in service. She is a manager who’s not a problem solver and that’s what managers are for. Very bad experience my last visit. Absolutely nothing good to say, except for the technicians. The stars are for the techs only, not the service department. They would be getting 0. Thanks.
Service department was very professional and kept me updated during my vehicles maintenance. My car was washed, well taken care of and the issue was resolved. I never had any issues with this dealership. Love it and will always recommend. Thank you Porsche of Newport Beach.
