Great service as always. They never try to sell you on anything. They just do a fantastic job with zero salesmanship from the service department. The facility is amazing also. Looks like a Porsche Museum.
New 718 CGTS4.0 first oil service. 1150 miles. Picked it up and noticed black scuffs on the white interior drivers door panel (picture taken after attempted removal) Small scuff on rear bumper cover. Clods of dirt on the rear deck lid. I have a hard time believing the owner of a 911 ST would accept this.
My cars service and repair was not completed in a reasonable timeline. The dealer had it for 17 days. They did not offer a loaner vehicle.
As always, very professional service team kept us informed of progress on our Macan's 4 year service. Pick up and drop off was handled by trustworthy folks. Not inexpensive but right in line with their estimated cost.
