The entire process was efficient and pleasant. Laly is amazing! There was excellent communication all along the way, my car was immaculate when I picked it up and Laly even put a little bottle of cold water in my cup holder on what was an unusually hot day. It was routine maintenance but I swear my car feels like it runs smoother.
Always great service at Porsche Monterey Chris the service technician is so outstanding everything‘s ready when I check in car was ready sign water and go ask if there’s anything I needed. I’ve had many cars through my life and it’s great to have a great service technician like Chris makes dropping your car off. Much easier. Thanks Chris for all your help.
Fantastic folks at the service department. They exceed my expectations at every visit.
