I’m genuinely surprised by the high ratings for Porsche McKinney because my experience over the last several years has been far from premium. I’ve consistently struggled to get basic service support, timely callbacks, or follow-through. My previous advisor (who I believe is no longer with them) never explained anything and, shockingly, had my 40K major maintenance performed at just 25K miles.
