Gabriel in service was fantastic. Super helpful and from start to finish my service visit was top notch! I’ve owned Mercedes and BMW’s but I just leased my Porsche and I have to say the level of service here is a level higher than the other luxury auto brands! I am a now a Porsche guy and couldn’t be happier! I got a nail in my tire and it was covered by the coverage I got when I leased the car. Highly recommend this when you get a new car!
I’ve had a consistently excellent experience with the service team here. Everything runs smoothly, and they take real care with both the car and the customer. A special mention to Ivy Bartley, who is outstanding. She’s attentive, clear, and genuinely helpful, someone who actually makes the whole process easy and stress-free. If you’re bringing your car in, ask for Ivy. Highly recommend this service center.
From start to finish great experience especially with my service advisor Enrique. Very good communication during the whole time to be notified with updates and what step we are at as well as findings, very pleasant experience and great service!
