Great Service Number one service around when it comes to cars. I love my Mercedes.
Awesome I can't think of one complaint I have had during any of times working with Knopf Automotive (I have purchased 3 cars through them and have had them serviced). The service techs are great and I love how nice the owner is. I would highly recommend them.
Not the best. I used Knopf service for awhile after purchasing a vehicle from them. I was never happy with their service. The are expensive and not very friendly. They tend to have a frequent turnover in staff. Had trouble with getting warranty work done. Hard to get in when you need them. At one point check engine light went on, car manual said should have checked at right away, they did not get me in for a week. PROS: Not much CONS: Expensive, poor, unfriendly service.
Attentive and thorough I bought an Audi Q5 from Knopf and the staff is very attentive, complete and thorough.
