I worked with Carene to get my 911 Serviced. She took care of everything from the loaner to the warranty work. 5/5 service! I live in Long Island but come to White Plains for anything related to my car. My son is 3 years old and likes to mess with everything and we feel welcomed here by the entire staff. My 911 was serviced near me in Long Island once before but they couldn’t figure out the issue so I brought it here. I would highly recommend.

My car needed its very first service, so it was my first time visiting this service department. I waited with the car and they got the service done incredibly fast. I only waited a little over an hour. Christian was my service advisor and he was very friendly and pretty much explained everything I needed to know about what was going on. Top notch advisor in my opinion. Kudos to the tech who actually worked on the car. I hope to work with these guys for as long as the car lasts.
Please learn from my first-hand mistakes by not taking your Porsche here for service. They have consistently dropped the ball not once but multiple times. There are simply far better alternatives in the tri-state area to give your business to these people.
