Quick, thorough service from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. The service consultants are friendly and professional. They communicate with you throughout the process. The technician sends you a video of your car on the lift and walk through each inspection point. The waiting area is very comfortable and an easy place to work while you wait. There are drinks and good snacks!

I live in Savannah and had my Macan picked up, serviced and returned by the staff at Porsche Hilton Head. It could not have been easier. Emma booked my appointment and Ed delivered to me a loaner. Turned it around in 24 hours and I could not have been more pleased.

This location and dealership are absolutely wonderful. Their primary goal is to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with the care they provide to you. Our service provider Amy is very knowledgeable about what we need and the best course of action for services outside of routine care.

On our last day of vacation an error message came up on the dash of our 911. As we had 250 miles to travel home, I stopped at Porsche Hilton Head to see if it would be safe to drive and I would have it checked at my dealer. As I pulled into the service area both Michael, the Service Manager, and Emma, the Service Advisor, greeted me. I explained the issue and they immediately offered to scan the car to assess the issue.
