Avoid this place at all cost! Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews but I literally have driving around with a check engine light on for more than 3 weeks now. My light first came on 3 weeks ago I have an extended warranty so I immediately called and set an appointment for my vehicle. They took my license and insurance and gave me a loaner, cool. Sadly this service center will rip you off. They diagnosed my 2016 Porsche Cayenne with needing a PCM (Infotainment system) replacement for $10,000. They said it had been tampered with. I took it to a PCM specialist - in literally 10 minutes had removed some aftermarket hardware, installed by the previous owner, reset the system and it has been working flawlessly for 2 months now. Cost = $250. GO TO A THIRD PARTY SHOP FIRST! These guys will fleece you.
Love this dealership! They went above and beyond to find the perfect Porsche for us. Much better than other metroplex Porsche dealers, by far! Ask for Syed.
