An unanticipated problem was discovered during a test drive Monica call immediately and they got to the repair. Even though there was a wait for a part, all was well since I had a great loaner. Car was returned sparkling clean and running beautifully.
Great service, even offered to let me inspect the underside of my car on a lift and discuss options during a free multi point inspection. And gave a complementary wash, always appreciated :)
The service team at Porsche Fremont is truly exceptional. Every time I’ve brought my car in with an issue, they’ve been able to diagnose the problem and get it resolved. Since I live in Livermore, I initially brought my car to Porsche Livermore for convenience, but unfortunately, my issues were never fully resolved there. Did my first service at Porsche Fremont. The service advisers and sales people were all friendly and helpful. I had to wait 4 hours for my oil change and service recall (backup camera); luckily, the snack bar was open and refilled. The service adviser offered to shuttle me home but by the time I got home, I would have to find my own ride back to the service center. First oil change is complementary.
I drive from San Jose to Fremont for servicing because of this great team. They run a tight ship - on time, great service, knowledgable advisors and competitive pricing.
