Monica has helped me on my maintenance and she is very professional and friendly. She helped me setting up my loaner car and the service options are very clear. She even found my last pre-paid maintenance package which I thought it was already expired. This has saved me quite a lot. WIthout her search on my profile, I would not even notice it!
