Raeann at this dealership was very pleasant to work with. I had my cayenne at a another shop and it was returned with a nonfunctioning chrono clock and they refused take responsibility and do anything about it. She helped me get the car diagnosed and the technician fixed the clock and also performed recall updates. All this was done in just one day because they were able to accommodate me into their busy schedule. They are true professionals and make you feel appreciated as a porsche customer. Thank you.

Ric and his staff truly went above and beyond for me. I accidentally left my other set of keys in the loaner vehicle, and not only did they personally return them to me, but they even took the time to fix the keychain that was attached! That kind of attention to detail and thoughtful service is rare and deeply appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I will most definitely continue making the drive out to this dealership for service from now on
