Courtesy car provided while vehicle was being serviced. Comfortable lounge area with snacks and drinks available. Visual updates of service via video were provided of actual car being serviced which was amazing. Driving all the way to Vaughan from Oakvile to service the vehicle speaks volumes.
I had an unexpected urgent situation with a nail in my tire. There was no tire lock key in the vehicle. Mike and Alex, the Ass’t Service Mgr, took immediate charge of my situation to find a specialized key that would fit. Josh, the service tech, zipped around the car and replaced the locking nuts with standard bolts. New locking nuts were ordered. I was in/out within 35 mins. THANK YOU! :)
