Very disappointing experience with Porsche. My 2016 Porsche Cayenne has only around 27,000 km, but it developed a serious transfer case / transfer gear issue — a known Porsche issue that had an extended warranty program for 2015–2018 Cayenne models. What frustrates me most is that Porsche seems to expect customers to diagnose known issues themselves. I had a very frustrating experience with the parts department at Porsche Centre Vaughan. We are a repair shop and deal with many dealerships regularly, so we clearly understand how parts ordering and return policies work. That’s exactly why I asked upfront. I called to order brake rotors and pads (front and rear) for a Porsche Macan.
