I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Porsche dealer in Vancouver. I purchased a 2022 Porsche 911 Turbo S Convertible for over $300,000—one of the highest purchase bands at Porsche. Yet, despite this premium investment, I was treated with total disregard. They sold me the car without informing me of a critical recall and missing software update, which Porsche hasn’t even released yet. A disgrace to the Porsche brand. My 2025 car broke down in the middle of the road now they're taking it in for the past 5 days, no one getting back to me! after chasing them, when they do, they say a car that has under 10K milage has to stay in the shop for 2 weeks without even providing a loaner car. Paying thousands in lease per month to not even get a loaner car when your car breaks down. Would rather lease a Toyota!
