Called in today for a pre-booked Test Drive at 13:00. Arrived at about 12:50. Jake who was meant to be handling the Test Drive was not free and busy with another Customer. The cars we were due to test were seemingly not prepared and ready to take out. After about 30 mins waiting around and not being advised any further as to whether the Test Drives could even happen we decided to leave. This is our first experience of Porsche.
