Sadly my Porsche Cayenne had a water pump failure. Happily I was near Richmond Porsche. My service adviser Stephen was one of the best (probably the best) adviser I have ever had. Clearly outlined my options, and kept me in the loop on parts , timing and was very very responsive. Even though I live downtown I will make sure to take my car back to this outstanding dealership. I had a great experience buying a 911 here. The whole process went super smoothly. Jim from sales was great, he was knowledgeable, professional, and super responsive. All the paperwork/insurance was also handled very professionally. They also gave me an instructional lesson on how to operate the car, which was very helpful for a first time Porsche driver.
