The staff did a complete walk-around video inspection with me before driving off in the G63, which made me feel totally secure about the deposit process.
I had a great experience with Porsche Centre Richmond, thanks to Freddy and Jerry! Freddy is very prop and knowledgeable, which Jerry is efficient, straightforward, and honest. Their sincerity and excellent service made me feel confident and trust the dealership. Thank you for both for making the experience so smooth and pleasant. You are valuable members of the team and truly deserve recognition. I’ll gladly recommend this to others!
I have had several service appointments with service advisor Shane T and he always does a great job coordinating the maintenance and repairs for my vehicle. He is professional, patient and pleasant to work with.
Shane Tao has been great to work with to sort out various issues with my used taycan. We sent over a hundred emails and he’s always super detail-oriented and puts my preferences first.
