Staff is very helpful, very happy with the service provided. Kam and Chris especially, were extremely wonderful.
Such a lovely experience visiting the showroom with my very excited car crazy little boy. Robin at the branch was amazing with the boys and really made us all feel welcome. We did a lot of fantastic things in London/Windsor and at the end of the trip this was my son’s absolute favourite part… and he’s still talking about it!!! Thank you so much Robin and brand Porsche.
I booked a test drive about 3 weeks ago. No one contacted me, I’ve been chasing this up every week since. Last week Friday was told that due to the pride parade my test drive was cancelled. No appointment date and time was sent out, I had to call to find out it’s cancelled, took forever for the staff to figure out who was suppose to book me in, clueless, no right manner of procedures. Nice dealership with a few nice cars on the floor. Nice to see some models my local dealer rarely has in and had my wife take a look at a Cayenne in person as a possible future family vehicle. Can't comment on the staff as it didn't appear to be any. Person who was standing near the front was chatting with someone else the entire time, and didn't inquire if I needed any help or had any questions. Was nice to see a new gt3 up close.
