Visited the Porsche centre with my son, who has a passion for cars. We went not to buy, but simply to explore, and we were greeted by an incredible lady who exemplified outstanding customer service. She took the time to show my son around and even gifted him a couple of books. My son was so inspired that he gave her 5 stars for customer service.
Thank you to Benji, Jake and Luca!! You made our son’s first trip to London very special. As a car fanatic his dreams came true and memories were made! Thank you all for taking the time to chat to him, sharing Porsche facts and making his day!!

Bought a car over the phone with them, dealt with Johnross. Super easy to deal with and superb communication. Collected the car from the branch, exactly as described. Very smooth process start to finish, will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend to anyone else.
Jay from servicing is probably the rudest, and least helpful man I have ever met, with an attitude that would only be acceptable for a prison guard. I took my car to another Porsche main dealer, and would encourage everyone to stay clear.
