Having moved to the SW this was my nearest OPC so I booked in for my cars first service. On arrival at the building site, due to extensive changes to the centre, It was not clear where to park, so just left the car in an spot I thought might be right. After finding the dingy service area I booked the car in and signed off on the loan car. Then some 10 minutes later I was told the alloted car was faulty and had to re sign off on the alternative car. Many congrats to the whole team at OPC Porsche Exeter for an outstanding community event at Winslade House today - June 21st. Some beautiful examples from the Porsche stable set in stunning parkland and supported by the knowledgable and friendly Porsche Exeter team. Well done everyone and thanks for the invitation.
My Porsche navigated me to this dealership to charge, after near 6 hour drive today, to find a non charging car parked in the bay, I ask if they could move this car, only to be told they don’t offer this service to the public! They have a sign clearly saying “We are open as normal throughout our redevelopment” Shocking customer service! And definitely after being taken there with their product!
If, like me, you read everything and anything on-line before buying a new 'thing', then I hope this review helps. I recently collected my new car from Porsche Exeter and happy to share my experience. The lovely folk at PE could not have been more helpful, accomodating and knowledgeable throughout the process.
