Tried to talk to the sales man over 8 time no call back , got the new car in December no one interested in helping now just about normal service from Exeter was thinking about a another new car but not now very disappointed

Disgraceful service I rung Porsche Exeter to explain my rear washer was not working on my 2022 Macan and it was leaking under the passenger side door- a known design fault!! I was told the car had never been to them it had for a fault with the air conditioning which was not fixed! Technician fix was don’t use the back windscreen and we can fit the car in in February we need it for a week and your warranty won’t cover it!! Apparently this is a known design fault!
