My husband took our car for service at Porsche Canberra today and he was extremely happy with the service and staff here. Jacky helped me test drive and choose our first Porsche. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a car from him directly after, he continued to go out of his way to provide us support and guidance every step of the way when he didn't need to. He was welcoming, wasn't pushy or salesy, he was very informed with everything, and he is exactly the hospitality and service we wanted from a brand like Porsche and more. Porsche Centre Canberra were fantastic to deal with. Norman was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly service oriented. It is daunting purchasing a car interstate and from the moment Norman picked me up from Canberra airport and then working through all the paperwork and my numerous questions on car functionality, it was seamless.
