This Agnew Porsche is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, Porsche macan over 3 years nearly £20k to keep on the road. Service agents Josh and Jordan are the worst I've ever meet in 30 years of driving. Their effort to customer service is minimal. No communication at all, cant get price quotes, they do not return enquires or phone calls about vehicle progress. A simple phone call would have helped on ever occasion. Female staff have very low cut tops for uniform which is unprofessional
Very disappointed today when I arrived at Porsche Belfast to collect my 993. The car was booked in well in advance and work agreed and signed off when left at Porsche Belfast. Car left in for a full two days for work to be done. When I arrived today to collect they did not have the required Porsche Classic oil so could not complete the job. I took the afternoon off work to collect the car and would have expected a call today to say car was not ready.
