Great service and good atmosphere
Helpful for parts, but bring blood
Very disappointed with the customer service, I asked the service team to fix the convertible roof and an oil change, they sent me a list of other items to fix, which I declined, I was told the car was ready to pick up, on arrival I asked if I could see the roof working, but they didn’t fix what I wanted and just gave me the bill, and then argued with me, saying I should have given them more info, It’s still not fixed, Premium price with sub premium service!
Excellent customer service. Not pressured while in the show room, just right. The sales guy (Dion) explained all the options and found the perfect Car for our needs. Couldn’t have asked for more. The handover of the car was faultless.
