Purchased my Cayenne there a few years ago and never had an issue with sales or service. Even wrote an extremely positive review on the matter that I have since deleted due to my recent experience. On the morning of 8/5/25 I called service and was kicked over to their voice mail system. I left a detailed message as requested and waited for a return call. You guessed it, no call, nothing.
