This place really makes you feel at home and comfortable when you come in. Every employee that passes by always checks if I have been helped or if there is anything I need. They make follow up calls just to see if all my concerns were taken care of. There is a service center 15 miles from me, but they have earned my trust. I am willing to take the hour and a half leisurely drive just for the peace of mind.
I do not write reviews, however I feel it important to comment on the exceptional service I always receive with Chris Yip in service. Chris goes above and beyond with his communions well as making this happen. Recently, my car was towed in on a Friday afternoon- not knowing what was wrong, I assumed I would not be seeing my car till early next week. Even though I didn’t purchase my car from Porsche Burlingame, they still treated me very well. The manager, Joe, was really nice and helped coordinate everything, and a technician changed my old-design wheel lock bolt for me using the new bolt and key I brought in — free of charge. Really appreciate their kindness and great service!
My wife surprised me with a trip to the Porsche dealership for my birthday and I walked away with a Taycan. This happened mostly because of the exceptional experience we had at Porsche Burlingame.
