Went to Porsche Burlingame for a test drive and met Randy. He was super patient, showed me several Macans, and introduced culture of the brand. He knows all details! I ended up getting my first CPO Macan here. 10/10 experience! Randy is the best!!
I walked into this dealership intending to buy a car. We negotiated the price, agreed on the numbers, and I expected to complete a straightforward purchase. I worked with Sal on this process and he was a reasonable person to work with. Near the end of the process, after hours at the dealership and near closing time, I was sent to the finance office. I’ve shopped at many dealerships and own countless different car however, Porsche has got to be one of the hardest discriminating challenging brands to work with. Cocky salesmen who don’t want to take your call or take time to help you finding your dream Porsche. All models are ridiculously high with extra markups, hidden cost, less features especially the 911. If you’re going to buy a Porsche buy used elsewhere and not at a Porsche dealership!
This place really makes you feel at home and comfortable when you come in. Every employee that passes by always checks if I have been helped or if there is anything I need. They make follow up calls just to see if all my concerns were taken care of. There is a service center 15 miles from me, but they have earned my trust. I am willing to take the hour and a half leisurely drive just for the peace of mind.
I do not write reviews, however I feel it important to comment on the exceptional service I always receive with Chris Yip in service. Chris goes above and beyond with his communions well as making this happen. Recently, my car was towed in on a Friday afternoon- not knowing what was wrong, I assumed I would not be seeing my car till early next week.
