Had a tire replaced at Porsche Brooklyn. After driving just 570 feet, I found a nail in the other rear tire. The manager Joe wasn’t rude per se — he was worse: one of those “fake-nice” types, all smiles and sarcasm. He passive-aggressively implied I staged it because I had messaged earlier about replacing that tire. Totally unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, he deflected and made me feel like I was the problem. Never going back.
Be cautious. Have everything in writing,emailed, or texted for proof. Dont take their word for it. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Embarrassment for Porsches reputation.
