To get a new key fob programed took 2 1/2 hours (no appointment) on a Saturday, which I guess I should have expected. However, if I had known that when originally ordering the fob, I'd have made an appointment first. Also, seemed overpriced for the amount of work needed to program a fob. Nevertheless, all staff were great and I had plenty of time to window shop the new Taycan GTS.
Exceeded expectations! All done properly and quickly and the car looked brand new when the service was completed.
