I called this dealership and service center after I found my tire completely deflated from a nail. I was connected with Kayla Utz who was the most helpful and attentive agent. She walked me through the process, checked in regularly to make sure I was in the loop on how the tire repair was progressing, and even got me a loaner car (and the specific model I requested) after there was a tire delivery delay preventing them from returning my car for an extra day.
