Ms Kayla is the absolute best technician I have ever had. She deserves a bonus and promotion from Porsche on her outstanding customer service…sincerely appreciate her.
I usually will only go to Jamie or Hugo for my service appointments. Robert was friendly enough. Has a nice HotWheels collection that I can appreciate. Prices are through the roof for an oil change which is probably par for the course in these times. My only annoyance was that I specifically asked for just an oil change and washer fluid was arbitrarily added to my invoice. Something that I have and could have easily done at home.
Jamie always thorough on updates and communication regarding work and estimation of completion
Robert was excellent. Explained everything to me in detail. I would also like to say that the other service advisers were very professional.
Jamie is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! And most all, he’s very trustworthy. As far as Service Manager’s go, Rob Blizzard cannot be beat. He will truly go above and beyond for his customers. Very much appreciate him and the Service Team at Porsche Annapolis!
