I needed some minor body work on my Cayanne and Amityville parts dept. couldn’t deliver to my local repair shop, after several try’s ,the proper parts. On 2 occasions, they said the parts were on their delivery truck , (they weren’t). Service is very disappointing and certainly not worthy of J. D. Powers award.
