Horrible experience overall. The tech left the job incomplete and said he’d return with a part. That never happened. I called multiple times and was told someone would follow up, but no one did. Days went by with no AC and no answers. Completely unreliable and not worth the stress.
I can’t say enough good things about this guy and his company! He was diligent, honest, and super responsive. He made sure everything went smoothly and completed the home AC repair to the highest standard. A great experience from beginning to end!!
