I think it’s unprofessional that my mother took off work to come there for her appointment and you guys asked if she can come tomorrow. I’m disappointed because we’ve been coming to you guys for over a year now this is not how you do business.
I had a TERRIBLE experience at this shop. I made my appointment a week in advance and confirmed my 8:30am appointment the day prior. Two ladies walked in after me and were about to get their hair started when I was informed that the person who was supposed to do my hair was running late. They attempted to send me to another shop nearby and when they found out that shop could not accommodate me we came to an agreeance that I could come back at 12. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I had my hair braided just one week ago, and several of my braids have already begun slipping out. Since noticing the issue, I made multiple attempts to contact the salon to allow them the opportunity to address the problem and provide a solution.
