I'm from Windsor and have dealt the Porky's in London for a new hottub cover for my Bullfrog Spa as there is no dealer closer to home. I had arranged to purchase the cover via multiple emails (in which the staff member I was dealing with was very prompt and helpful) and was told it was set aside waiting for pickup for the following day. Came in ready to purchase a 44" flat top gas grill. Not even a "Hello" from the sales team with no one else in the showroom. Wandered through the store only to leave without a purchase. Customer service is so very important.
