Porky’s gets customer service! We bought a gas fireplace, a bbq and an electric fireplace in the past 12 months, dealt with 3 different people and had a great experience each time. Knowledgeable on their products, respectful of our budgets, prompt replies to our messages, and great follow through on deliveries and installations. Thank you to all the people we dealt with (Rich, Nathan, and others helped install or just help lift stuff onto our truck).
Porky’s did a great job on helping us pick a hot tub, and their delivery guys were very helpful and efficient!
The gentlemen that came to deliver my hot tub were friendly and knowlegable.and answered all my questions. Great job guys. I could only give them 5 stars on the review but they did a 10 star job. Thanx Brian Walls
