I had the pleasure of going to the shop today I was amazed by the the work they did and the customer service was awesome I recommend this to everyone thank you for a moment of your time, I don't know why a couple of people put bad reviews but as far as I'm concerned they are liars p I'm big on customer service over pricing but when I tell you everything was fine you can believe me

I paid these clowns $800 to fix problems after a diagnosis. They "fixed" the problems, then a week later my car breaks down. I have it towed to them and now they're saying it's dead and I need to get a new car. Sorry, no refunds. My $800? Gone into their pockets. These guys are incompetent and greedy, STAY AWAY. I got into an argument with the guy who runs the place, asking him why he said the car was fine to drive, then a week later it's not and it's my fault it broke because I was driving it. Worst customer service ever. I went here to get my car inspected, stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes with no help. Went in the bay to try and get help. The worker told me “he was busy I would have to wait”. Just rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to do business here.
The guy had a freaking attitude because I want an inspection. I asked him how much it cost. He says the DMV got to tell you the price never heard of that in my life , these Mexicans come here try to scam people never going back to Charlotte for service
