Poree's Embroidery did an exceptional job on my embroidered items. They provided exactly what I requested. The service was fast, I was able to receive my items in 3 days. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. 10/10!
Horrible service! I dropped a cape of A week ago & it's still not ready. Yet they told me on Tuesday it would be ready by Thursday. Been calling since & there's no answer. Went Saturday they said come back Monday. Well went today & still not ready. I will never patronize them again. And I paid in full up front. Very Unprofessional!!!
This place is great. Their embroidery comes out really nice. The owner and the staff are friendly and attentive. We get all our work shirts here.
Customer Service horrible, quality of work sub par,, employees incompetent. My experience was less than stellar, but you can judge for yourself, but I would never patronize them again.
Their services were fast, courteous, and professional! Their customer service is stellar. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'll be back!
