Great experience working with Porchlight Developments on the Prairie Point Project in Winnipeg.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. We purchased prebuild and were to pay 9500 for an additional parking spot, recently we came to notice we've been paying rental fees in our condo fees for our second stall. Turns out the property management has no evidence of our purchased property, and it is in none of our documents from the sale. The only documents we were given was our copies of cheques that say "for parking stall". Terrible developer. No communication or ounce of effort demonstrated to remain in contact with developed properties. Any issues that arise are immediately rejected and not taken seriously. When lawyers are forced to be involved, they make Trump's stonewalling look polite.
I lived in 5200 Parliament and the electricity bill was $300/month on average in winter - couldn't even put feet on floor in living room it was so poorly built and floors were so cold. Apartment had many flaws and terribly built. Don't move into these if you want any type of quality!
