I called them because I was in a lot of pain and 111 gave me their number. I spoke to Helen and she didn’t even let me finish talking before she rudely interrupted me and said “we can’t see you, sorry”. I’m not sure who gives this kind of jobs to people with such a stark lack of empathy and tact. I hope one day when you or your loved one are in this situation and someone turns around and says “we can’t help you, sorry”, without even listening to you, you are reminded of how you treated other people.
The best dental practice in Nottingham with an absolutely amazing team. Friendly and helpful. Always with a smile. Mandi has cured my fear of dental appointments. Keep up the good work
