Beware! Ordered $100 worth of flower to find out they were never delivered and I can’t get a refund.

Ordered a cremation wreath for my mother's celebration of life through Teleflora called the Sacred Solace and It was nothing at all like what was pictured on Telefloras website. The flowers were broken and dead. I could have picked flowers from the side of the road that were better than this. When we called to tell them about it they hung up on us and then would not answer the phone.
They used an old Easter basket for the arrangement as they never bothered to remove the yellow and green ribbons from the basket. The basket was coming apart in places. They used grocery store and Walmart bags to hold the Oasis foam. The foam was visible from the side as they didn’t attempt to fill in around the lower area of the arrangement.
