We hired Porch Conversion to close in our large screened in porch. They were the only company out of four who offered the option of removing two posts, which obstructed views, from the porch. They had done this work numerous times in our neighborhood of Heron Pointe. The Leland permit department pushed back on that design, even thought they sent them numerous jobs where they had done exactly that. Extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff along with the design team's explaining the product options n process. The craftsmanship and installation is stellar and I am thoroughly enjoying my final porch conversion. The value and cost was worthy it as an enhancement to my new home.

I would give this company one star based on their lack of professionalism and willingness to earn my business. I waited over two weeks for a scheduled estimate appointment, only to have it canceled the same day because the representative had to pick up his sick daughter from school. While family emergencies happen, a reliable company should have backup plans in place instead of canceling appointments customers have been waiting weeks for.
