Extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff along with the design team's explaining the product options n process. The craftsmanship and installation is stellar and I am thoroughly enjoying my final porch conversion. The value and cost was worthy it as an enhancement to my new home.
I would give this company one star based on their lack of professionalism and willingness to earn my business. I waited over two weeks for a scheduled estimate appointment, only to have it canceled the same day because the representative had to pick up his sick daughter from school. While family emergencies happen, a reliable company should have backup plans in place instead of canceling appointments customers have been waiting weeks for.
