Porch Conversion converted our screen porch into a beautiful sunroom. Initial work was great and they were wonderful to work with during the construction and early on after completion. But for some reason they refuse to even respond to a request for assistance on repairing rusting siding. Not even asking them to fix it for free, offered to pay them or at least refer us to someone that could do the repair. This review could have been avoided if they simply responded to my email. What began as a good initial meeting for an estimate ended poorly, and I would caution doing business with them. I am omitting names because I believe it is more of a reflection on how the company chooses to operate than the individuals employed. We received an estimate for a glass enclosed room and asked follow-up questions via email, which included whether there was any flexibility in the pricing they provided.
