I bought a diamond bracelet from him and I brought it in for sizing and he claimed he lost it. He then gave me credit even though I asked for my money back I got a necklace for my daughter but then he never gave me the balance of my money owed. I thought the guy would make good but he never did.

WARNING! The owner is a con man who took advantage of me when I was in a state of grief. It took me 8 months to get most of the money he owed me. This was after numerous phone calls and meetings that were always met with an excuse after excuse. Hr still owes me 1,000 dollars which I finally gave up on. Call the Riverside County Sheriffs Office and ask for yourself. Lots of stories but no follow through. Take your business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE customer service AND workmanship. Very disappointed with the quality of work of my engagement ring and wedding band. After losing 2 diamonds in 6 months (after only having the ring for 6 months) the shop owner told me the band needed to be fixed. The diamonds were replaced both times but the last one when the band was fixed was replaced with a very dark stone that did not match any of the other diamonds.
