If I could give negative stars, I would rate Porcelanosa a -10. That’s how bad my experience has been. If you're looking for good customer service and guaranteed product warranties, turn away now. I’ve been waiting for over a month for a warranty request to be addressed—and still no resolution. The products may look sleek and high-end in the showroom and online, but what you actually receive is a different story. They don’t stand behind their warranty… for what you have to pay for their tile you would expect excellent service and support. This is bit the case. Consider other solution before purchasing from this company. Quality of tile is good but over priced. Quality of grout and thinset is subpar and cost my project almost 200k due to the thinset and grout that was faulty and not recognized until after the install. Beautiful and high quality tiles made in Spain. Staff are very attentive - Jennifer is wonderful! They have good selections for both floor and wall tiles. Highly recommended.

I don’t know who has been giving five stars to this store location. I would rather fly to the LA store for tiles than to deal with these ridiculous sales out there. They do a good job showing tiles and making promises. But that’s all. Once you pay, you are set for the nightmares to come.
