I install porcelain pavers and decided to give these guys a shot. They gave me material price on sq ft numbers which were already high for industry standards. I showed my customers the samples. After picking out the product they wanted I put the order in. The salesman then told me that I HAD to purchase full pallets. That means I had to spend over $1000 more than I had budgeted for excess material we don't need. Terrible customer service. My contact Penny hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation after refusing to release my (already paid!) order to my contractor--even though I filled out their form naming him as an authorized party. I can understand why she was hesitant at first to release the order to someone other than the person who placed the order - totally fine. She said she needed prior authorization, which we had. We have installed Porcelain Paver Center products for several of our customers at Outdoor Envy (Tampa Pavers and Landscapes). Their products are incredible quality and have a luxury look and feel. They are also a great supplier to work with—very knowledgeable and great service.
