I had a very disappointing experience with this title company. They were kind enough until they made a gross error on our closing statement. $5400 was to be paid by the seller for a cleared title. At the closing table when we questioned this, they told us we were wrong and that “that's not how we do it here". After the closing I referred back to my contract and we were indeed correct.
