Service was standard. Significantly more expensive for pre construction occupancy and closing than other lawyers I've worked with.
Stephen was the lawyer acting on behalf of the purchaser. Even though my condo was sold over 6 months ago, at higher than purchase price, we still haven’t received our money. I’ve sent numerous emails and have tried calling him multiple times but they tell me that because it was sold at a loss, I have to be patient! I've had to hire another lawyer just to get my money back. I would not recommend using this law firm!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Stephen as his team was needed for the purchase of our condo. As a first time home buyer Stephen is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process needed to purchase a home. Emails, calls and text were answer very quickly and the process at first was a lot as first time buyer however Stephen's team made it very easy.
