Where is my refund? Why can’t I contact you? Why did you cancel the day before we were meant to arrive? Why won’t you respond to my email? DO NOT BOOK WITH POP UP BRISBANE, according to their email their licensing has been “changed” and can no longer accept bookings anyway so avoid at all costs!
Cancelled a booking and left me stranded...way after the cut off I had to abide with they just cancelled" free of charge". Dishonest operators who appear to have been able to rip off others with a much higer price after just cancelling me.
Don’t know what’s wrong with the booking system. Prepaid through the Ctrip but when checked out, the staff said I did not pay for it and did not let me go unless I paid there, even if I showed the prepay hotel checkin voucher. The staff did not ask her manager to double check my reservation information, just asked me to pay directly. Quite disappointed.
